Stainless Steel sintered powder filter cartridges are recommended for the filtration of air or gas at higher operating temperatures & corrosive environment. Sintered S.S. cartridges are produced by cold isostatic pressing, which gives high porosity to the material and also stability. They can easily be cleaned or back washed thus having longer shelf life. Sintered filters are able to withstand high differential pressure across the filters.

Pleated sterile depth filters was developed for the safe and sterile filtra­tion of air and other process gases in venting applications. SS Pleated filter cartridges are the perfect choice for high temperature (250°C & above) & high viscosity applications. MOC is SS 304 or SS 316 or SS 316L. They offer excellent reliability for critical applications and have high dirt holding capacity. The cartridges are designed for cleanable and reusable applications so as to eliminate frequentcartridge change out.

We manufacture and supply the following type of air filters in commercial and Industrial HVAC systems:

Fiberglass filter. This throwaway air filter is the most common type. Layered fiberglass fibers are laid over each other to form the filter media and typically are reinforced with a metal grating that supports the fiberglass to prevent failure and collapse.

Polyester and pleated filters. These filters are similar to fiberglass filters but typically have a higher resistance to airflow and a superior dust-stopping ability.

High efficiency particulate arrestance (HEPA) filters. These units filter the air passing through them at a very fine scale. Specification for HEPA Filters Used by pharmacutical and process Industries is to filter 99.97 percent of all particles 0.3 microns or larger.

Washable air filters. These products are not as common and rely on the build-up of dust along the cloth to improve the efficiency of the filter. Industrial processes involving high volumes of coarse dust are typical applications.
